Who we are

Collecto (trycollecto.com) is operated and owned by Forward Gates Limited, Hong Kong. Collecto helps businesses reply to their customers quickly and gathers ad form leads in one dashboard.

What we collect

• From ad lead forms (Meta): name, phone number, preferred contact time, and form, campaign and timestamp information. This data is delivered to the business that connected its page.
• From comments and messages on connected pages: the text of the comment or message, and the platform account identifier (not the real name unless the user sent it).
• Business account data: business name, country, working hours, and team members who use the dashboard.

Why we collect it

• To show leads to the business so it can contact the customer.
• To reply to comments and messages on behalf of the business, according to its settings.
• To run, improve, and protect the service from misuse.

Who we share it with

The data stays with the business that owns the page or account. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use service providers to run the platform (such as hosting and database), and they are bound to protect the data.

How long we keep it

We keep data while the account is active. If the business or the customer asks for deletion, we delete it following the steps on the data deletion page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing admin@trycollecto.com.

Meta data

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram page or account, we access data through Meta's APIs under Meta's terms and policies. You can remove Collecto's permissions at any time from your Facebook account settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
