Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data held by Collecto, whether you registered through an ad form or contacted a page connected to the platform.

How to request

1. Email admin@trycollecto.com with the subject "Data deletion".
2. In the message, include the phone number you used to register, and the page or business you contacted if possible.
3. We verify the request and delete the data within 30 days of verification.
4. We send you a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, and preferred contact time from leads.
• The text of comments and messages linked to your account.

What may be kept

Some data may be kept where the law requires it, such as financial records. In that case we will tell you why.

Removing access from Facebook or Instagram

You can remove Collecto's permissions from your Facebook account at any time: Settings, then Apps and Websites, then choose Collecto and remove it.
